Meet Ron
Hi, I’m Ron Pedro. I spent years as a teacher and principal, listening to kids’ stories and watching how brave they are in hard situations. Now I write middle-grade novels set along the New England coast, where foster care, friendship, and the sea all collide. When I’m not writing, you can usually find me near the water, dreaming up new characters who are trying to figure out where they belong. My hope is that readers—kids and adults—see themselves in these stories and feel a little less alone.
